God made man in His image (Gen. 1:26-27) and even gave Believers the ability to have “the mind of Christ.” (1 Cor. 2.16).

We make countless decisions each day. Even the small decisions can have profound consequences in our lives & the lives of others.

One sin looms large over man that he indulges which underpins all other sins. Man is typically unaware of this sin that controls him; yet, ironically, he can easily identify it in others.

Forgiveness of others for their offenses is perhaps the hardest thing we are called to do as men. Not only must we forgive to experience true freedom but also because God explicitly calls us to it.

The voices of the world, fear, and even well-intentioned friends & family can cause us to shrink back from the powerful life God intends for us as men created in His image with His indwelling Spirit.

Men can easily fall into bondage to addictions or undue devotion to idols such as drugs, alcohol, women, sex, money, ambition, status, pride, materialism, etc. which are antithetical to the abundant lives the LORD intends for men.

Living a “blessed” life (i.e. one that is happy, joyful, with inner peace, fullness, and divine purpose, regardless of outward circumstances) is counter to living a stress-filled, anxious, and burdened life to which we as men with innumerable responsibilities sadly fall victim too often.

Friendship is touched on over 100 times throughout the Bible. It is often associated w/Sacrifice, Support, Trust & Love.
